Which devices are eligible for trade-in?

You can trade in Apple and non-Apple phones, tablets and laptops. The final value depends on the model, its release year and its condition.

Does my device need to work fully?

Yes. It must power on, hold a charge and run on battery. Buttons, speakers and cameras must all work. Normal wear such as scratches and small dents is accepted.

Can I trade in more than one device?

Yes. The values of all your devices are added together into one credit towards your next purchase.

How do I receive my trade-in value?

Your trade-in value is applied as a discount on your new device in store.

What should I do before handing over my device?
  • Back up your data to iCloud or your computer.
  • Turn off Find My (iPhone, iPad or Mac).
  • Sign out of iCloud / your Apple ID.
  • Remove your SIM card (or delete your eSIM) and take off any case or screen protector.
Can I trade in a device bought abroad?

Yes, as long as it is not network-locked and not reported lost or stolen.
